The AirDesign Donut is a hybrid reserve that combines the best of round and square designs. It packs as easily as a traditional round reserve but opens faster, has better pendulum stability, and achieves a lower sink rate — without making repacking harder. The shape achieves a better ratio between flat and projected surface area: less material for the same performance. The Donut 100 is sized for solo pilots with lighter all-up weights.
