The Hike XPed is AirDesign's tandem wing for guides and instructors who move through mountain terrain on foot. A single size of 36 m² covers 100 to 190 kg combined, and the wing weighs just 4.35 kg — remarkable for a certified EN-B tandem. It packs compactly and carries comfortably on a mountain approach. The Hike XPed is designed for experienced tandem pilots who want to access remote sites without leaving the wing behind. Required: tandem pilot certification and appropriate training.
